Early Years Support Worker, 30 HOURS PER WEEK

Fixed term contract (term-time only)

Oxfordshire pay grade: Level 6

We have an exciting opportunity support Long Furlong Primary school extend the nursery provision, and to support the reception class.

 

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has a good working knowledge and experience of working with young children.
  • Has a level 3 childcare qualification
  • Has the ability to work as part of a team, building positive relationships with children, staff, parents, governors and visitors to the school.
  • Has resilience and a positive mindset.
  • Can be flexible, working in two different EYFS classes.
  • Is ambitious for all children regardless of their prior life experiences.
  • Is punctual, reliable and dedicated to the role.

We’re looking for someone with strengths across the Primary curriculum; the successful candidate would be expected to lead a curriculum area across the school.
